IT Infrastructure and Support
IPN provides General Practitioners with state-of-the-art Information Technology infrastructure that delivers best practice standards. Our services include hardware provision, personalised support from dedicated IT professionals, and secure practice and clinical management software.
Finance & Accounting Services
IPN manages all financial and accounting aspects of running a medical centre for our partner GPs.
Private practice is as much a business endeavour as it is a clinical endeavour, so IPN takes responsibility for managing the commercial burdens of cash flow, inventory, debtors and capital investment.
We coordinate all finance and accounting requirements, including business analysis and investment modelling to payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, banking, budgeting and reporting.
Human Resource Management
IPN manages all medical centre HR functions including staff recruitment, performance appraisals, payroll, OH&S requirement, training and development initiatives.
Quality & Risk Management
IPN removes the burden of personal risk associated with running a medical practice from partner GP's, while upholding Doctors' clinical independence. In taking on that risk, IPN has built a system of quality controls to minimise the financial risk and legal liability involved in running a medical centre. This includes allocation of significant resources aimed at ensuring the health and safety of IPN People in the workplace.
IPN collaborates with key regulatory bodies to ensure the implementation of quality standards and risk minimisation strategies, and has standard operating procedures and national network policies which help drive consistent, quality services for GP's and their patients.
IPN manages all property, leasing and sub-tenancy arrangements for each medical practice in our network, including all maintenance, repairs and periodical site refurbishments. A large proportion of IPN Health Centres are multidisciplinary, which means they provide a variety of on-site health services such as Pharmacy, Pathology collection, Physiotherapy and other Allied Health Providers.
Business Development Support
At IPN, we recognise the professional individuality of each GP and understand that our Medical Centres whilst part of the larger IPN network, occupy a unique position in their local community and cater to differing patient needs.
Our medical centres are supported with local area marketing initiatives in addition to national health promotion campaigns.
